Tee Pee Heaven

Levi had cut down a bunch of bamboo in order to make some fishing poles...There aren't a lot of "lakes" in Hawaii, so I used them to make tee pee for the kiddos. I also used the largest quilt I own to wrap around the three poles.

Although I couldn't cover up all the way around the poles, Sawyer, Lily and our neighbor Luke still loved it. It even held up during rain.

They ate lunch in their tee pee and played for a couple hours very quietly.

Totally worth the 15 minutes it took to gather the materials and make it for them.
